Clara leads our Service Delivery & Audit division with great care and strategic foresight. With over 12 years of experience in the global mobility industry, she is a true expert in developing efficient processes and structures. Clara is fully committed to supporting our global inbound services (Immigration & Relocation) and serves as a strong pillar for the entire team. Her goal: delivering the highest quality for our clients – and providing the best possible support for everyone within the company.

Nicholas Mai – Team Lead Immigration & Relocation Inbound

Nicholas is the calming presence in our inbound team – and a true professional in his field. As Team Lead for Immigration and Relocation to Germany, he brings in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and current entry requirements. With a keen understanding of people, a strong network, and excellent problem-solving skills, he is a reliable partner to both his clients and his team at all times.

Maria Pfürmann – Team Lead Immigration Outbound

Maria is our expert in international visa and work permit processes. Whether it’s business visas or long-term assignments, Maria understands the global requirements and handles every challenge with calm confidence and a smile. Her positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset make her an invaluable support for our clients, who can rely on her to ensure their international travel is smooth and on schedule.

Oliver Schilling – Director Client Services

With over 20 years of experience in the global mobility industry, Oliver is our expert in client relations and key account management. As Director of Client Services, he is the primary point of contact for new clients and plays a key role in contract negotiations and strategic development. Together with his team, he ensures that our services not only meet the highest standards but are also tailored to our clients’ individual needs for long-term success.
